Employment Opportunities at Bornhava

Bornhava provides programming for young children with developmental disabilities and also affords support and resources for their caregivers.  Established in 1983, Bornhava offers a home-like atmosphere where high quality therapeutic and educational interventions are provided for children with special needs from birth to five years of age. Our focus is not only on the specific needs of these children, but also on family involvement and interaction with typical children.

Bornhava is seeking to increase our family in the following areas:

Human Resources Manager: directly responsible for the organization's human resource management and implementation of policies and procedures.  Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources, 5 or more years experience in human resource management, SHRM certification optional.  Salary to be determined based on qualifications and experience.  Full-time 52 week position. Maintenance Assistant: Part-time (15 to 20 hours/week-flexible) to provide light maintenance and grounds upkeep at our Chateau location.  Some duties include: repairing, painting and maintaining walls and ceilings, replacing ceiling tiles and lighting structures, general upkeep of building exterior and other related tasks as needed. Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Special Education Teachers:  seeking skilled, energetic and compassionate professionals to support our services in the Erie and Niagara county communities.
